12 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY FOR THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS:
HVR Series, HTR Series, Speed Dome and PTZ Cameras.

18 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY FOR THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS:
Box type CCD Cameras, Day/Night Cameras, IR Cameras, Water Resistance Cameras, Dome Cameras-Interior, Vandal Resistance Dome Cameras-Exterior/Interior, Hidden Type Cameras, Board Cameras, Video Transceiver and power converter, Security Monitor, Video Monitor Mounts, CCTV Lens, Video Processor, Cameras Housing and Mount, CCTV Accessories.

RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY
Imagine Innovations, Inc. warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:
IMAGINE warrants that each of its products will be free from material and workmanship defects under the warranty period by the invoice date. If the customer discovers a defect, IMAGINE will at its option, repair or replace the defective product at no charge to the customer, provided it is returned during the warranty period, with transportation charges prepaid, to Corona California The returned product must be properly packaged obtain warranty service.

For warranty service, contact IMAGINE at 866-994-6244 to obtain a “Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.” A copy of the invoice as well as the RMA form with the appropriate Imagine serial number and model number are required for warranty service.

Warranty Exclusions:
Out of warranty periods
Abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment, or neglect
Damage caused during installation
Damage caused by modification or repair not made or authorized by Imagine
Imagine products whose serial number has been removed or defaced
Damage caused by improper or improperly used packaging

THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE OF ALL OTHERS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. IMAGINE SPECIFICALLY DISMLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INLCUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PUROOSE AND AGAINST INFRINGEMENT.
